The revision of the Auditor’s Code
of Ethics will prevent many schools from sourcing
Audit services from accountancy practices
that are also supplying other services such
as tax planning or financial management assistance.
In these cases Randall & Payne are able
to work alongside your existing advisers to
ensure an efficient and effective audit is
carried out. Our audit teams comprise a mix
of qualified accountants and graduates who
are engaged as part of our Graduate Training
programme. Experienced qualified audit managers
oversee the work, and a designated Responsible
Audit Partner will liase closely with the
team, your advisers and the School throughout
the audit.
